At LDJ, we strongly emphasize the importance of remaining calm, collected and focused on getting the job done. Our extensive experience with the direction of high-pressured fashion shows has taught us how to maintain our composure in the most hectic situation with some of the most challenging, creative personalities. We also recognize that this attitude is contagious and have received positive feedback from many clients how our calm, focused behavior has not only instilled confidence in our ability to perform but also showed our confidence in performing the services required.

While some production and event management companies concentrate more effort on their larger events and clients only, LDJ strives for a uniform effort no matter what the project size.

Many companies in our industry hide fees and surcharges. LDJ strongly believes that because our clients are our partners, we are ethically bound to share all costs and fees openly and honestly. We feel that this policy has been instrumental in building concrete relationships with all of our clients. We find that open discussion about all our fees and charges and how that is calculated builds trust and respect for our work as event producers.
